End-to-end data partner for two marketing agencies, scoping and building solutions independently. Brought an event agency's entire team onto a single AppSheet "mini ERP" (CRM, project management, HR & payroll with GPS/IP timekeeping, procurement, finance), automating what used to be untracked manual work. For a digital marketing agency, replaced scattered Google Sheets with an automated data layer (Apps Script → BigQuery) feeding Looker Studio dashboards, cut reporting time by ~80%, and built a linear-regression baseline for ad-spend forecasting. Also deployed OpenClaw, a self-hosted AI agent, for contract drafting and file governance.
